Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living seeks a friendly General Services Coordinator to assist residents, staff and visitors with daily inquiries. You will manage requests, track work orders, and support housekeeping schedules while maintaining program records and office supplies.

Formación

• Strong computer skills including document creation and in-house programs.
• Office experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with the general public, especially the senior population, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through our automated system, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.
• Organize, maintain and update program records including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.
