Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services – Dickson Hollow in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a Resident Services Director. This full-time role reports to the Site Administrator and leads resident services in Housing and Assisted Living, coordinating advocacy, care planning, and admissions.

The position supports campus operations within a faith-based nonprofit setting. The role requires a college degree in a relevant field, experience in senior housing or health care, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• College degree in social work, gerontology, health care administration, human services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of resident service coordination, resident and family support systems, marketing and community outreach.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social community service delivery systems preferred.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor services for residents in Housing and Assisted Living according to regulations and best practices.
• Support residents through advocacy, service coordination, marketing and admission processes.
• Liaise between management and residents and assist the Site Leader in campus operations.
• Participate in site leadership planning to assure high quality resident care and achieve goals.
