Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents in our New Jersey community. You will assess needs, maintain records and connect residents with services to help them live independently.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards

Job description

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Schedule: FULL-TIME

• Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour, depending on experience

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
