HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate Social Services programs for residents, helping meet psycho-social needs and maintain independence in the community.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, 1+ years in case management, 2+ years in social services, and bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and generous time off.

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Schedule: FULL-TIME

• Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour, depending on experience

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred
