Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement, and evaluate Social Services for residents. The role focuses on psycho-social support, resident assessments, and connecting residents with needed services to help them live independently in the community.

The position is full-time with a standard weekday schedule, includes comprehensive benefits, and requires English/Mandarin bilingual abilities along with a background in social services or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs of residents
• Perform resident assessments and maintain confidentiality of records
• Ensure residents are linked to supportive services to help them live independently
• Collaborate with the community team to promote a positive living experience

Job description

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Schedule: FULL-TIME

• Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour, depending on experience

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

• Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs

• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
