Base pay range

$24.50/hr - $24.50/hr

(TRM), which provides the highest levels of in-house oversight, security, maintenance and social service care that our residents deserve. Each community is managed with the philosophy that we are servants in their home, rather than them being guests in ours.

The Resident Services Coordinator (“RSC I”) is responsible for providing supportive service to elderly and physically challenged residents living at TELACU Residential Management (“TRM”) housing communities. RSC Level I to Level II requires evaluation of employee skill and performance levels by the Director of Resident Services Programs (DRSP) and Resident Services Supervisor (RSS). The position involves assessing and identifying resident needs, implementing aging plans, educating residents on resources, advocating for residents, managing the 504 reasonable accommodation process, and working on case management to support aging in place.

Responsibilities include creating partnerships with social services, facilitating care management meetings, coordinating transitions with healthcare facilities, supporting residents through various programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves preparing supportive services plans, assisting with grants and reports, making referrals, developing educational programs, and supporting residents in crisis or conflict situations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling or equivalent, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, and experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AASC Online and HUD software are required. The role requires occasional travel, physical ability to perform tasks, and the capacity to respond to after-hours needs.
