Job Description

Arden Courts of Wayne is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator - Director of Nursing RN!

As the Resident Services Coordinator, you'll oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. This role involves direct contact with residents and families, requiring tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. You will be a member and coordinator of the Resident Services Team, supporting Arden Courts' mission and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement policies from the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals to ensure safety
  • Assess and monitor residents' healthcare needs, providing appropriate actions, training, and delegation
  • Hire, train, supervise, and develop Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregivers
  • Delegate tasks and monitor service delivery
  • Maintain inventory of health-related supplies and equipment
  • Foster an environment of excellence and open communication
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director on move-in/move-out decisions and service plans
  • Complete nursing assessments and required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all care guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements

Education: Currently licensed as RN in this state; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience; 5 years in long-term care preferred.
