Job summary

Project Access, Denver-based, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that improve community life for residents across four pillars. You will connect residents with services and lead workshops and partnerships.

This full-time role requires an innovative, proactive individual who excels in an autonomous environment and is comfortable engaging diverse populations. Wage is $25 per hour; schedule includes Tue–Fri and Sat shifts at Revive at 9 Mile Apartments in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Community Development, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred; equivalent lived, volunteer, or community-based experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services, connecting, engaging, and empowering residents across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs through community engagement aligned with the four pillars.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program encompassing homework assistance and educational enrichment activities.
• Independently plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions; deliver core topics when partners unavailable.
