Job summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides with a skillset and a heart for helping residents make the most of each day. In this position, you’ll be a friendly and familiar face to our residents, providing hands‑on care in a respectful and dignified manner. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call 305WEA home. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities
• Supporting residentsin achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being
• Helping out as needed in the Wellness areato ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our residents
• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions ofthe Nurse Shift Supervisor andthe Director of Wellness
