We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who call The Bristal home. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities
  • Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being
  • Helping in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort
  • Following policies and procedures, and instructions from supervisors

Schedule includes one weekend shift per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant, or Home Health Aide
  • Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's and dementia is a plus
  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Experience with geriatric population preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines
  • Understanding of dementia; patience and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Reliable, caring, and gentle demeanor
  • Respect for the elderly and maintaining composure
