Job summary

The Bristal at Armonk is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide to provide hands-on care and companionship for residents in a warm, respectful environment. This full-time role supports daily living, safety, and resident well-being at our Armonk location.

Schedule: 3-11PM, Tuesday-Saturday with one weekend shift per week. Candidates should be CNA/PCA/HHA certified or equivalent, with English proficiency and a patient, gentle demeanor.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant, or Home Health Aide required.
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease/dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Geriatric population experience preferred; ADL support.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.
• Patience and professionalism in redirecting residents; calm under pressure.

Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides with a skillset and a heart for helping residents make the most of each day. In this position, you’ll be a friendly and familiar face to our residents, providing hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care you bring to the services you provide is fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.

Schedule: Full-Time, 3-11PM, Tuesday-Saturday

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities
• Supporting residentsin achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being
• Helping out as needed in the Wellness areato ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our residents
• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness

Full-time schedule includes one weekend shift per week (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs).

Qualifications
