Job summary

The Bristal At Armonk in Armonk, NY is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care and support in a respectful, dignified manner. The role emphasizes ADL assistance, resident engagement, and maintaining wellbeing for our elder residents.

Full-time work includes one weekend shift per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs). English proficiency and geriatric care experience are preferred; CNA/PCAs/HHA certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides with a skillset and a heart for helping residents make the most of each day. In this position, you’ll be a friendly and familiar face to our residents, providing hands‑on care in a respectful and dignified manner. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care you bring to the services you provide is fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities
• Supporting residentsin achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being
• Helping out as needed in the Wellness areato ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our residents
• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions ofthe Nurse Shift Supervisor andthe Director of Wellness
