Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Jericho, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide to work 7 am to 3 pm. This on-site, full-time role requires assisting residents with daily living activities and providing kind, respectful care to support their safety and wellbeing.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides with a skillset and a heart for helping residents make the most of each day. In this position, you’ll be a friendly and familiar face to our residents, providing hands‑on care in a respectful and dignified manner. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities

Full-time schedule includes one weekend shift per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
