Job summary

Project Access Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Associate for Harbor Village in Harbor City, CA. This entry-level role supports youth-focused programs and helps connect residents with services at the Family Resource Center.

You'll work with the Resident Services Coordinator to design enrichment activities, coordinate classes, and promote engagement across generations in a vibrant community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year experience in education, social services, or nonprofit work.
• Experience serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Services Coordinator by linking residents with programs and services; provide information and referrals.
• Plan, organize, and implement curriculum for After-School program; monitor progress.
• Provide translation and interpretation services.
• Assist with creating community-building events.
• Support onsite classes, tutoring, and other services.
• Outreach to promote program participation.
• Distribute monthly newsletters and flyers.
• Coordinate onsite activities and recruit community organizations.
• Maintain resident data reflecting service needs and referrals.
• Maintain attendance records.
