HELP USA is seeking a Safety Monitor to help ensure a safe and secure environment at their Bronx facility. Safety Monitors are often the first contact for residents, setting a welcoming tone and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include patrolling grounds, signing in residents and guests, escorting visitors, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and preparing incident reports as needed. The role requires a NY security guard license and FDNY F-02, with a high school diploma or

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact compassionately with residents and visitors.
• Availability to provide night and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol facility grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Ensure residents and guests are properly signed in.
• Escort visitors to destinations within the facility.
• Conduct unit inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare incident reports when necessary.
