Job summary

SHK Asia Pacific in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and shared spaces according to AKA standards. You will perform daily cleaning including stripping/making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and reporting damages.

You must follow safety procedures, protect resident privacy, and communicate professionally with residents and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident rooms and areas: beds, garbage, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, supplies, windows/mirrors/patios.
• Uses the AKA Furnished Inventory and Condition Checklist; reports damages to supervisor.
• Follows chemical usage directions; knows safety data sheets.
