Job summary

The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is looking for RFO Certified Ombudsman volunteers in Portland, Oregon. This role involves conducting in-home visits and resolving complaints on behalf of residents. Strong observation and communication skills are required.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a criminal history check, and have dependable transportation. A commitment of approximately 16 hours per month for at least one year is preferred.
