Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for SkyHouse Orlando. You will be the front line for resident experience and support, handling issues, payments, and lease inquiries while guiding the leasing team to deliver exceptional service.

You will work on-site in Orlando, coordinating with teams to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. The role offers growth within a best-in-class culture and a compensation package aligned with market standards.

Responsibilities

• You will be the front liner when it comes to Resident experience and support. You will be responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc.
• Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home.
• You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.
