Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Driver at Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, Ohio. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm, transporting residents and assisting in safe, timely arrivals to appointments within a home-like community.

You must be 18+, hold a state chauffer license, have a clean driving record, and be first aid certified. Experience in senior housing helps; expect active work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and customer-focused service with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain the state-required chauffer class license.
• Clean driving record per insurance policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• Must be first aid certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Active physical work including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident transportation needs and ensure safe, timely arrival to appointments.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents in a safe and professional manner.
