Job Summary

Working as a Resident Regional Director, you are responsible for multiple clinical engineering accounts. You are responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the facilities services offered to the customers are of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develops financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for multiple accounts within the region
2. Develops a business plan and budget for the region
3. Controls overhead expenses within the region
4. Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region
5. Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results
6. Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returns
7. Actively involved with sales survey pricing of business
8. Monitors future contract financial reviews and updates
9. Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals
10. Monitors period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary
11. Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
12. Maintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region
13. Administers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective manner
14. Promotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources
15. Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contracts
16. Assists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
2. Five+ years supervisory experience in facilities management
3. Experience managing multiple accounts
4. Budgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferred
5. Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
6. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
7. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
8. Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
9. Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
10. Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
