You will travel 20-30%, lead containment, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to sustain improvements across turbine hot gas parts.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and process improvement expertise.
• Hands-on experience in Kaizen, supplier recovery, and critical manufacturing process reviews.
• Identify technical root causes and define sustainable process enhancements.
• Extensive experience in quality methodologies and manufacturing management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in turbine hot gas parts.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Deploy to supplier sites as a dedicated quality escalation resource to stabilize production following critical technical, quality, or delivery disruptions.
• Lead immediate containment activities to protect customers, prevent defect escapes, and maintain production continuity.
• Develop and manage supplier recovery plans with clear actions, milestones, accountability, and executive-level reporting.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis using industry-standard problem-solving methodologies to identify true failure mechanisms.
• Perform detailed process audits and manufacturing reviews to identify risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define, implement, and validate robust corrective and preventive actions that address both immediate issues and systemic weaknesses.
• Partner with supplier industrial engineering and operations teams to improve process capability, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Monitor, verify, and sustain process improvements through on-site reviews and performance data.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement expertise, with hands-on experience in Kaizen, supplier recovery, and critical manufacturing process reviews.
• Demonstrate ability to identify technical root causes, define sustainable process enhancement.
• Extensive experience in quality methodologies and manufacturing management. A strong background in working with cross-functional teams, particularly in turbine hot gas parts.
• Ability to travel 20-30% (both domestically & internationally).
