Job summary

Donohue & Associates seeks an entry-level resident project representative to perform construction inspection on municipal water and wastewater projects. The role involves construction supervision and coordinating with office staff for submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of progressive construction observation experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of progressive construction observation or related experience.
• Excellent communication, client and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction inspection on municipal projects and assist with construction supervision.
• Coordinate with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, and other project documents.
• Support project documentation and field reporting to ensure quality and timeliness.
