Job summary

Donohue & Associates in Grand Rapids is seeking an entry-level resident project representative to support municipal construction inspection and project coordination. You will supervise field activities and collaborate with office staff on submittals and RFIs.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and construction software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of progressive construction observation or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Excellent communication, client, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software tools preferred.
