Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident to join the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. You will work within a value-based care model and receive mentorship as you transition from training to practice.

The program offers a guaranteed salary during your final year, exposure to population health initiatives, and flexible on-site or virtual experiences across Atrius Health facilities, with post-residency employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts—open to other areas as well

Responsibilities

• Receive a generous guaranteed salary in final year of training
• Enhance the experience of final months of training and ease job search
• Learn to operate in a value-based care model and population health initiatives
• Grow exposure to Quadruple Aim and care settings
• Mentorship from experienced physicians during transition to practice
• Program completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually (1-3 hours per month)
• Resident Pathways position paired with post-residency employment agreement
