Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all required training and compliance with regulations.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Resident Physical Therapist to join our APTA-accredited, 12-month Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in Northern California. This residency is designed to elevate clinical expertise through structured mentorship, hands‑on learning, and advanced orthopedic training—without reducing salary. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates of APTA-accredited physical therapy programs or licensed physical therapists new to orthopedics who are seeking accelerated professional growth through one‑on‑one mentorship.

External candidates and internal applicants are welcome. A separate application and interview process is required for the residency following hire as a staff physical therapist.
