HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) is seeking a Resident & Patient Services Manager to oversee nutrition care and food service for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. You will lead a hospitality‑centered team, ensure food safety and quality, and drive patient satisfaction across dining rooms and kitchens.
The role emphasizes staff training, regulatory compliance, and patient-focused service, with opportunities to contribute to program development and cost-effective nutrition strategies.
Pay Rate: Salary - Salary Plan, 52,500.00 USD Annual (Prorated: 42,000.00).
The Resident & Patient Services Manager, under the direction of the Department Director, plans, administers, directs, and controls all unit activities related to resident/patient nutrition care and food service to ensure high-quality standards of operation; complies with the standards established by HHS, regulatory agencies, and the client; develops and implements cost-effective, profit-generating nutrition programs; and functions as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Be an integral part of the healing process by ensuring food quality, service, safety, and sanitation are provided for all patients. Lead a goal-oriented patient ambassador team to create a hospitality-centered, guest-first environment that is effective and productive, and that takes pride in delivering quality service every time.
Primary oversight: Food Service/Nutrition and Hospitality for Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. Including: Dining Rooms, Kitchens, Pantries, Pantry Food Supplies, Meal Assembly and Meal Distribution.

Resident/Patient Satisfaction
Development and Guidance
Implement and Maintain the Ambassador Programs
Not Required but a Big Plus Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian preferred
Working knowledge of Press Ganey/NRC Picker
