Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Resident On-Site AGV Technician to support deployment, configuration, and testing of a new hospital AGV environment. You will perform preventive maintenance on the fleet and handle on-call repairs to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle and system issues, assisting with upgrades or retrofits, and managing on-site parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience with AGV or related automation systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope) and basic hand-tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and test a new AGV environment in a hospital setting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-call repairs for the AGV fleet.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle and system issues; assist upgrades/retrofits.
• Maintain on-site parts inventory and place parts orders.
• Provide on-site system support and training coordination with Customer Leads.
