Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support the dietary team in providing nutritious and appealing meals to residents in our skilled nursing facility in Lexington, Kentucky. This role involves assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness to meet individual care plans.

Qualificações

• Experience in food service or healthcare is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal preparation and follow recipes.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents.
• Follow dietary restrictions and keep records of special diets.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment and follow safety protocols.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly.
• Check and store food supplies; report shortages or expired items.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Follow facility policies and complete required training.
