Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Male Resident Monitor to ensure safety and support for residents transitioning back into community life. This role involves monitoring facility operations, conducting safety checks, and assisting in program compliance to promote successful reintegration.
NOTE: This position has male gender as a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ) under the Title VII guidelines as approved by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth circuit.

Compensation
We offer competitive pay with new hire rates starting between $17.98 and $22.47 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions.

What you’ll do
The Residential Reentry Center Resident Monitor I is responsible for guiding, assisting and supporting residents in their transition back into community life by carrying out the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Resident Monitor I is responsible for ensuring program and facility safety, monitoring resident movement, verifying resident employment, and supporting structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration. This position maintains a continuous state of alertness and awareness in order to ensure control and security of the facility and residents.
