Job summary

Dismas Charities Inc. is seeking an entry-level Resident Monitor to supervise residents in a community-based re-entry program in Albuquerque, NM. The role covers custody, safety, and daily facility operations, with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as needed.

• Ability to work with individuals and groups in routine and emergencies

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and enforce rules within the facility.
• Document transactions and maintain accountability for money, mail, and supplies.
• Support counselors with resident programming and supervision.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure health and sanitation standards.
• Work variable shifts and attend required appointments.
• Perform general housekeeping and facility sanitation.
