This position is a three months residency with the potential to go full-time. During the residency program you will have the opportunity to work on multiple brands and learn how to buy Media across various digital platforms.

About You

About The Role

A Digital Media Resident at The Sasha Group won't be just checking off tasks in a to-do list. You will be partnering with our team leads to get a full, real-world marketing experience. You will drive your own projects and deliver major facets of our clients' marketing campaigns. You will learn SEM, Social Media, Digital Analytics, Ad Copy and Creative Practices and get certified as a digital marketing expert.

  • Keyword/Target Research
  • Competitive and industry analysis

Requirements

  • Dedication and demonstrated interest in paid media and building brands online
  • Strong teamwork commitment and growth mindset
  • Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
  • You have a proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
  • You have the ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience buying media on the following platforms a plus:
  • Social: Meta (formerly Facebook) /Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • This is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on-site from our NYC HY office.
  • You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
