Qualifications

• Must demonstrate competency in providing ADL and IADL services.
• Must possess current Arizona State Caregiver and Med Tech Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Make appropriate observations about residents' conditions.
• Administer medication under supervision.
• Ensure safety and compliance with community policies.
