Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will work as part of a caring team to support daily nutrition needs while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.

The role emphasizes adherence to dietary restrictions, hands-on training, and opportunities for career development. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and comply with state health certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must meet state/county ServSafe or Food Handler certification requirements.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
