Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, ensure proper portioning, and maintain sanitary dining areas.

The role emphasizes patient-centered service and compliance with safety guidelines. Starting pay is USD 13.00 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, EarnedIt access, banking wellness support, and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Certification may be required by state/county law (ServSafe or Food Handler).
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
