Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess good judgment and sensitivity relating to students of various backgrounds.
• Ability to supervise/redirect students of all age groups.
• Must be able to live on campus as part of a licensed space agreement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful passing of background check.
• Highly organized and responsible with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization.
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsible, adult presence, providing guidance and support in the residence halls and academy for staff and student-athletes.
• Assist enforcement of policies and procedures ensuring that the student-athlete code of conduct is being maintained.
• Escalate student and parent concerns, ensuring appropriate staff awareness.
• Assist Academy staff with tasks.
• Promote a positive healthy environment for the student-athletes.
• Maintain the residential hall, including room checks and headcount.
• Be aware of student-athletes’ daily schedules and hold them to obligations.
• Assist leadership with various projects.
• Design and implement student life programming as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monitor students in dorms and campus areas, including wake-ups, check-ins and curfew times.
• Coordinate with safety and academy staff to ensure safety and security of students and residence halls.
