Job summary

The Highlands is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to help plan and run engaging activities for residents, including driving residents to events using the company vehicle. The role requires empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer activity programming from inception to execution.
• Facilitate a variety of activities in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate the company vehicle for resident excursions and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and events.
• Support resident-centered life enrichment programs.
