Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an Activity Assistant in West Virginia to plan and implement engaging programs that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and residents.

You will help design monthly recreation services, document attendance, and participate in care plan meetings to support individualized care. We value effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and positive engagement with patients, families, staff, and regulators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities to meet patients' physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
