Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, organization, and implementation of activities programs under the supervision of the Activity Director
• Create a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels
• Escort residents on field trips, as needed
• Maintain accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately
• Provide exceptional care and support to residents in a calm and patient manner
