Century Care Management Inc is seeking team members to support long-term care residents with engaging activities on a part-time schedule. The role requires creativity, strong communication with staff and families, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

The position emphasizes a compassionate approach, teamwork, and flexibility, with a focus on delivering high-quality resident programs on a non-smoking campus and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Preference: minimum one year experience in long term care environment.
• Ability to work with diverse population (residents, families and staff).
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively in designing group and individualized resident activities programs.
• Ability to assist with and sometimes plan, organize, prioritize and implement programming.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, self-direction and flexibility and ability to problem solve meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Publisher.
