Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities that promote resident engagement and improve quality of life.
• Communicate upcoming activities to residents to encourage participation.
• Tailor activities to residents' cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity.
• Set up activity spaces and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Facilitate individual and group activities (arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, social gatherings) and document participation and outcomes.
