Encore at Parkside is seeking a part-time Lifestyles Assistant to support the Lifestyles Director in planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities for residents. The role focuses on promoting physical, mental and social well-being and ensuring activities are well presented by staff.

Must be comfortable driving a large shuttle and be able to transport residents to outings. High school diploma or GED required; six months' experience with seniors preferred; associate’s degree

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident activities with staff.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars and program contents.
