Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting community's unique features.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents.
• Assist residents in resolving issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform required office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate activities for residents.
