Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing and linens.
• Distribute clean laundry to residents and designated areas.
• Ensure clothing is labeled and returned to the correct resident.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
• Report damaged linens or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Provide courteous service to residents, families, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
