Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare or social services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Services Director with resident needs.
• Welcome new admissions and help residents adjust.
• Provide support to residents and families during their stay.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation.
