You will interact with residents and staff, manage invoices and fees, and support the Board on improvements and budget variances. A strong customer-service mindset and prior property-management experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management is preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service to residents.
• Patience, flexibility, active listening skills, assertiveness, and compassion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the property and build positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, communicating in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Manage contracts, public relations, marketing, and financial performance of the cooperative.
• Oversee all aspects of the management office.
• Process invoices and monthly member fees.
• Coordinate the preparation of an annual budget and advise the Board on improvements.
• Supervise staff, including one maintenance technician.
• Coordinate tours during open houses and manage vendor contracts.
• Uphold the cooperative's policies and procedures.
