Qualifications

• 5 years of real estate marketing and/or leasing experience
• one or more years of experience as a property manager in a multi-unit residential property
• knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• results-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving
• self-motivated and accountable for leasing goals
• superb written and verbal skills
• proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office
• knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• ability to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise and collaborate with maintenance staff to achieve property goals
• guide and prioritize tasks for maintenance and operations
• maintain resident relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• manage lease renewals and occupancy strategies
• monitor online reviews and maintain a positive digital presence
• conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance

• prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting
