Job summary

AWI Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 180-unit apartment community in Redding, CA. The role focuses on resident relations, community standards, and collaborative teamwork to deliver quality housing.

Responsibilities include daily operations, leasing, certifications, move-ins/outs, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. Prior experience with affordable housing programs (RD, HUD, LIHTC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract residents.
• Respond to emergencies and follow company policies.
