Beacon, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager for a mid-size residential property in Frankfort, KY. The role focuses on resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, lease administration, and financial reporting to ensure high occupancy and quality service.

The compensation includes $70k annual salary, a monthly phone stipend, and a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) with employer match up to 5% after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or property management preferred.
• Empathetic and able to understand diverse resident perspectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Calm under pressure and patient in difficult conversations.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Onesite PM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Actively listen to residents to understand needs and communicate clearly.
• Mediate disputes between residents and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain open-door policy encouraging resident feedback and engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, rent collection, lease administration, move-ins/outs.
