Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to operate under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive and efficient maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks with general tools and equipment.
• Ensure buildings on campus are in good physical condition.
• Schedule coverage as needed for weekends and holidays.
