Job summary

The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, OH seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. New grads welcome; full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting.
• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans according to state and facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging therapy environment.
